BTW I voted for Bobcats, it will be a nice challenge to see how far we can get with the youngsters

Hi -sorry that I haven't been to my own forum recently...sick...no fun. OK - so the voting is close between Atlanta and Toronto (with Sac-1's change from Sacramento to Toronto, it would be all even). Do bear/bare (?) in mind that there are a ton of Atlanta dynasties out there, even though I still wouldn't mind doing them.

In terms of the positions, I will post them in the first official press release of this here dynasty on Monday. I did make the mistake of putting up extra slots for some positions and not other; if you don't get GM/head coach, you will be an assistant. So come Monday, I will make the press release and from then on, everyone else who has a spot can make an official press release as well.

Oh, and I can't edit the first post from this computer, but I did not forget those who have since applied for positions...and thank you all for your interest! I hope this turns out great.

FYI - The season will be 29 games long so we can keep the GMs active without forcing innumerable trades. I want to play on 5 min/6 min sim but I'm sure everyone is a little opposed to that for realism. In truth, I don't often find myself with the time to sit down and play a game on 10 min quarters, but I can try as I am ending my job soon and school is kicking up again shortly. Hope this sounds good to all. So, see you all on Monday then with the official first press release of the (enter team name here)

Yes, we are the Toronto Raptors. I would like to introduce our new coaching and front office staff, who I hope will introduce themselves. I wanted to have that honour, but we've all just got to town and I have so little that I can say except they are absolutely incredible at what they do and are truly committed to our vision. I will call on the GM and head coach to speak about their plans of attack on and off the court. The opening say rosters will be revealed at a later time. The assistant managers and coaches certainly should not feel as though they lost out...they serve a very valuable role. They can veto a decision with a majority vote (taking into account the GM/head coach's vote) and in the event of an immediate decision, the primary assistant will temporarily assume the top position in the absense of the GM or head coach. So without further ado, the Toronto Raptors new coaching and managerial staff:

General Manger: Sac-1
Primary Assistant Manager: Martin32
Assistant Mangers: Kobe101, Magic312

Head Coach: Mkballer
Primary Assistant Coach: Emiliano
Assistant Coach: Sensation

Again, it was a really tough decision to appoint heads and primary assistants as all the candidates were very qualified and truly passionate about their jobs. I extend a heartfelt congratulations to the seven new staff members and I look forward to seeing what you will do with this ailing franchise. I turn the mic over to you. Yay! Glad you guys changed the decision to the Rap's, as there are already a few Hawk dynasties. You guys have a tough task ahead. Congratulations to everyone and good luck
