Trades and Off-Season

I searched for a Backup for Yao as i knew Mutombo is going to retire. There was a good C in the Draft called Derrick Muller (projected 2nd overall) It was a bad season for me but it was not enough to get a top pick. Thats why i traded Mutombo and my 1st round pick to the Hawks for their 1st-round-pick. It worked, i got the 2nd pick and could draft my favourite player Derrick Muller. He is 7'1 tall. He can do everything, he is good at scoring, defending, rebounding, blocking, dunking. Sometimes i think he's too good for just being a backup.
I did a lot of Trades last season just to get rid of those huge contracts that Weahterspoon, Baker, Howard, etc. have.
I signed the Free Agents Keon Clark, Tyson Chandler, Jannero Pargo, Lonny Baxter and Keon Clark and got Pietrus and Jackson by trading.

Yeah, I like him because he plays really good defense, he also can score (11.2 PPG, 49% FG, 40% 3P) and he doesnt eat much from the salary cap. My advice, get him! You cannot do anything wrong

Rockets go for another victory after huge 4th quarter effort

"There are days where nothing seems to drop" said Tracy McGrady after the second quarter had finished. And if this were not enough yet, he already got 4 personal fouls and that's why McGrady got his place on the bench the whole 3rd quarter. "He looked at me like a little child that has lost its toy but i had no choice and he understood my decision" said Van Gundy after the Match. McGrady were not missed because Yao and Jackson helped the Rockets to stay close to the victory. The Hornets led 83-79 after the 3rd quarter. But McGrady returned in the 4th quarter and was unstopable. The Final score was 119-110. McGrady finished the game with 29 points, Yao 21 points and 16 rebounds but if Jackson (24 points) had not given such a huge support from the bench, the Rockets would have lost the game.
