Training Patch

Hey wondering if anyone has a patch like was made for 2004 that will make the training sessions improve the players more and if not, if it'd be possible to get one. It also decreases the value that it takes to get dynastry extras. for example taking season long dynastry extras from 7000 to a much lower number that is easier to obtain.
Umm also with the training session the 2004 patch was overkill making it possible to turn a player rating from 50 to 9- in not alot of sessions. Just want reasonable patch which will do more than 1 or no improvement.
Anyway you probably know of the patch I'm speaking of. If there's one around could you link it or I can give my e-mail to get it.
