I say don't trade Steph, I'm a fan of his, but its your call. As for your espn template, did you delete it from your recylce bin too? And did you save any of your boxscores as psds?

Where'd you get that template?

Or any similar ones.

I made it myself. 100% hard work all gone.
Anyway, about the trade, some very different reactions but just to make sure: I wouldn't mind tradind Marbury. I'm not a fan of his in NBA Live.
Also I already know how most of you would like to see Kurt Thomas, Houston or Hardaway being traded, but that's not very likely.
Any other suggestions who to get for Marbury and how to get Claxton/who to get as backup PG?

Thanks for the compliments and posts while I didn't update, I was semi-busy, semi-lazy. I'll probably update later when I'm excited about this again, big demotivation was accidently deleting the ESPN template. :(

Man looks like your not gonna revive it, finally a dynasty that isnt abt the damn Lakers or the bandwagon team of the year aka Warriors...instead a team I like but now it looks like its fading away.

big demotivation was accidently deleting the ESPN template.

Well then switch to Fox Sports, ABC or TNT ...no one likes BSPN anyway. :P

Great update, I was waiting on you to finally make an update. Nice transaction by getting Stromile and Dahntay. Hopefully you can give Dahntay some minutes because he can be affective in the game and I like his game alot. Marbury had 23 dimes and 5 points

Swift should be good and I've always been a fan of Dahntay Jones even though he was a Dukie....one might think you got a steal in this one, but I could envision Memphis doing it in real-life to add toughness and also because they are not willing to pay Swift the big $$$'s....

good move dumping Houston's salary....Mighty Mouse finally rejoins Isiah Thomas....

keep it up

It's about time! *scrolls to page 2 to look at his dynasty*

See, I told you not to trade Starbury. Too bad he couldn't get a double-double. Nice trades too, Damon is expiring, but he can still produce.

Week 7: 3-1 Week Featuring The Most Exciting Game So Far
The Knicks are still going strong and up there with the best teams in the league. The much feared downfall of the long-time mediocre team still hasn't happened yet and Knicks fans have stronger and stronger believes that their franchise is finally back. Optimistic minds don't mean 'back' as back for playoff spot contention, but rather back as title candidate.
This past week, New York showed great team play and they beat two playoff-bound teams while going 3-1. First off Denver and New Jersey got beat in blowouts, then there was a meeting with defending champions Detroit. Of course the Pistons are being played hard every night, everyone wants to beat the champions. Detroit almost sneaked away with the win in the high-scoring game, but Jamal Crawford's buzzer beating three ball gave the Knicks an exciting and stimulating win! But even the best teams lose, it wasn't a shame though against the Sixers who got crazy big games from Webber and AI.

    NYK vs DEN
    Image Image
Left: Nice photo angle on this Carmelo Anthony jam, he showed his great talent by notching 22 and 11.
Right: Stromile Swift is perfectly fiitng in New York's system and forms a very dangerous frontcourt with Taylor.
ESPN Boxscore - Knicks vs Nuggets

    NYK at NJN
[Photo] Dahntay was just a throw-in in the Thomas-Swift trade, but turns out to be a solid bench contributor for the Knicks. So far the new players have made GM Thomas look very good.
[Photo 1] [Photo 2] Jason Kidd is in some sort of PG battle with Marbury, but didn't manage to defeat Steph in their direct battle as their stats were pretty equal, but Marbury's team came up with the win - and they're the better team this season so far as well.

    NYK vs DET
    Image Image
Left: Rasheed Wallace was just unstoppable in this game - literally. He scored whenever he wanted to and grabbed rebounds like he was 8 feet tall.
Right: Pictured is Stephon Marbury's three pointer with 28.9 seconds left in the game, giving New York the 110-107 lead. It wasn't decided yet though as Tayshaun Prince hit a triple immediately at the other end, which was followed by Crawford late-game heroics.

Impressive note: Tayshaun Prince was defende the whole game by rookie Trevor Ariza as he was held to 4-17 shooting. The starting trio of Billups, Hamilton and Prince shot a terrible 18-52 from the field.

    NYK at PHI
    Image Image
Left: You know what to expect from Kyle Korver: hustle, good fundamentals and great perimeter shooting night in night out.
Right: Maurice Taylor is slowed down a little bit since Swift joined him in New York, but he doesn't care about stats. "I'm finally playing a big role on a winning team", he said. "Stromile is very talented and I feel like I can learn him some of the little things he needs to know for us to become the best big men duo in the league."

Ariza's Slamming And Jamming Week And Other Media
Sounds more like some community event, but it's about Ariza's amazing week. He started in all games and showed some all round skills, scoring, passing and rebounding. He is also one of the most exciting Knicks, getting most of his points on dunks.

    Knicks Make Moves, Improve Bench

New York - After making some of the biggest trades of this NBA season, it seems like the Knicks still aren't done trading. Isiaih Thomas has shown interest to trade Stephon Marbury, the New York native. The Knicks' GM refused to talk with the press about who was on the trading block earlier this season, but he now has openly discussed trading the starting point guard.

"Stephon isn't playing really well here in New York, but he remains a very good player. I think he showed that to everybody the other day", referring to the 23 assists last week. "It gives me the feeling that he doesn't fit in really well with our style of play. Whenever I see the boxscores with him having 5 points, I feel bad for him. I would like to trade him to a better situation for him personally and I think our team would need a unselfish, passing-first point guard and some better players for our bench in return."

Marbury did not want to comment about the rumours and what his GM said.

I switched to Superstar in the middle of this week, because I feel I have reached a high enough level in NBA Live to handle this. I kept blowing teams out on All-Star, but maybe my record will drop a little now.
Also about trading Marbury, maybe you guys have some good suggestions? I'm looking for a passing PG and will probably ask for some players to make my bench better. Stoudamire will remain my back-up point guard, no matter who the new one will be.
