Diaw and Parker? Now all we need is Pietrus and Moiso and they'll be playing 'La Marseilleuse' before tipoff...

Sorry to be that long, but I don't think I'll play the game soon. :( I have just got my results for this term and they are not very good, only 14 of 20 overall. (N) My parents were quite angry and if I have better marks this term I will be able to keep my PS2, my PC, etc... Anyway, if I can play the game, it'll be posted (this time I won't tell you when I'll do it :P ). But don't worry, this dynasty won't stop until I say it.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

By the way, thanks for the comments. :)

Game Interviews and Highlights with NBA TV and NBA Action

Image

Interviews :

Tony Parker : Once again, I've played well. In my opinion, if I would steal the ball more often, I would have better stats, but my 10 pts and 12 assists were sufficient to win the game, despite of my injury, I played very well.

Tim Duncan : It's getting boring to score over 30 pts at every game, but as long as the team win, I'll score as many points as I can to win every game, once again, we've won. Big props to Bruce and Rasho who played very well tonight.

Antoine Walker : Disappointing loss. We've caught them up during the 2nd quarter and the 3rd quarter, but they were crazy in the 4th, especially Brent Barry, if you'd see the 3 pointers he has made... that's our 6th loss of the season, I hope we'll win next time.

Gregg Popovich : Everyone played well, that's all I can say of tonight's game, the guys will have to redo it against New York at the SBC Center.

Bonus : Interview with Tony Parker in French with George Eddy from Canal+ during the "Tony Parker Show". Boris Diaw was here too.

George : Salut à vous deux !
Tony : Salut à toi George, salut vieux pote !
Boris : Héhé oui bijour ! (rires)
(rires)
Tony : Dis donc tu m'as battu en points !!
Boris : Hahaha dis ça à ta jambe ! (rires)
George : A+ !

Special Update : Tony Gets Cover

San Antonio's ambitions
from Slam 82, Nov 2004

We've asked the San Antonio Triangle what were their ambitions this season, guess what they've answered...

Tony Parker : The NBA Champions title.
Manu Ginobili : The NBA Champions title.
Tim Duncan : The NBA Champions title.

And they're right. This year the team is extremely competitive. We've got George Gervin's opinion.
"Haha this team looks promising, I rely on them to win another title... With Tony Parker's comeback at 100% we'll win and win and win... but I'm still not sure... even though Tim Duncan is here !"
He looks very relaxed... although it's just the beginning of the season. That's right San Antonio have won 4 consecutive games. Plus on their last game against Atlanta, they kept the points difference between 6 and 13 points. Why did we call this month's magazine title "Tony Touch" ? For only one reason : Tony Parker is back and better than ever. Look at his last game, 10 pts, 12 ast, isn't that Steve Nash's play ? Yes, it is... at least it's our opinion at SLAM magazine. Plus, as it is only the beginning of this exciting NBA, every player hasn't reached his top level yet. So Tony Parker and Tim Duncan are reserving something in their repertoire... same for Manu Ginobili.
David Robinson called us to talk about this year's season and guess what ? He said "San Antonio will win the NBA Championship or won't make the playoffs". He has laughed a lot about that.

Interview with Devin Brown :

Devin, what do you think about your chances of winning the title ?

We've got many chances to win the title, but it's a bit early to talk about that.

Your nickname is Flashing Brown, do you like it ?

Haha... it reminds me of Dwyane Wade, his nickname is the Flash... It's a pleasure because on every game I play, or at least some, I make these "Wadish" dunks, as Marv Albert call...

You've got better skills outside the arc, did you train somewhere with somebody ?

Haha, you've noticed ? Yeah I think I'm better... but not as good as a Larry Bird ! Well, I trained somewhere in San Antonio during the Summer League, wait, no, just before it. That was an excellent experience. By the way, I did that alone !

Last question, do you think you'll be able to be in the Starting 5 just one game ?

I don't know, but I'd like to !!

Note : This month's magazine design was created by the Great ceekay.
