The reason MJ's not in the game is not because he chose not to, it's because he's not member of the players organization (or something), and that's where EA gets their licenses from.

I believe brewcrew is using the console version, thus cannot use the NLSC update. This site is great for missing CAPs.

He isn't in the game by default, only in roster patches.
