The Halfway mark of the season is around the corner and Mavericks owner Mark Cuban faces many questions. A trade rumour is going around that the Mavericks may aquire Karl Malone, and then trade him in a sign and trade to San Antonio for Center Rasho Nesterovic and a future second round draft pick. A Lakers newspaper has reported that the Lakers would be more than willing to trade Chris Mihm or Slava Medvedenko and a future first round draft pick for the rights to Darryl Armstrong.

Other trade rumours have surfaced of a Finley for Baron Davis package, or a Stackhouse for Wesley and a future draft pick. More news to come as this developes.
