Damn, I didn't know such things could happen. Kind of makes me worried, because I never tell my parents or anyone when I injure myself, I just try my best to hide it so they don't bother me with "Why are you walking like that?" blah blah blah...

Yea, that advice doesn't work very well if you dont live and work in Sweden or some other country which isn't so privatized and takes a lot of money. Kinda bad advice than when I think about it...

I've never been seriously injured, but there have been times when I had to leave games because of injuries, but I have never been injured enough to miss more than the rest of the game I left.

Last year playing soccer I was on a break away but the pass was a little too far ahead of me so I ran as fast as I could to get to it but so did the goalie, then he slid for it and I tried jumping over him but my knee hit his head and I landed hard on my arm.

It hurt pretty bad but I just wrapped my wrist and played the next game. And I don't know how it is now because I havn't really fallen hard on my arm in a while, but after the injury some of the slightest contact with my wrist would make it hurt pretty bad, now it's okay, I guess I'll have to wait until I fall hard on the same arm and I'll inform you if anything happens .

I was dirtbiking upnorth once and I decided to go off on this one trail and I ended up going into a stump because I wasn't really paying attention. I went over the handlebars and landed on my hands. But I broke my pinky from it being held back on the handlebars, and I also broke my elbow by it being ripped off by my tricep...

i think i have a vague memory when i was a kid and i grazed a large portion of my right arm. i was running around and slipped, fell and dragged the side of my arm opposite my elbow (if that made any sense)

Man some of you guys are really messed up lol.. you don't get any permanent damage/disfigurment from that do you... kinda like boxers that have flat noses and such at the end of their career.
