You cant control the amount of assists in Simulation games
Unless you do a little bit of DBF Editing but I dont know anything about it, I have just noticed you can do alot of shit by editing that

change the sliders...U don't need to edit the dbf.

The sliders dont affect simulated games do they?
That is just for In-Game

does ur player rating do anything with simulation?? if you do, turn ur assist rating on ur PG and maybe they will throw more assist in the game when simulating, im not sure though

I dont think it is possible to improve it any higher than that. I tried editing steve Nash, 100 for off aware & passing yet he only averages 8 a game...so I usually just play the last quarter and rack up a 20-20 game. :P

Yeah that is what I've been trying to practice on. I been trying to run the game through my PG more and get more assists with him. It would be easier is the mid-range jumper was better. That has always been a problem with Live. I do have some games where I get some nice assists with my PG. But its hard to do it against another human especially online if you don't change sliders and lower speed. I just try to keep the ball in my PG hand as much as possible and I get a nice number of assists in 6 min games.

Turn Player Primacy on and reduce fastbreaks?

Mon Jan 24, 2005 9:56 am

Well I scored a triple double with Pippin in 90s all stars without even knowing it, he had 10 rebounds (6 off) 12 assists and 17 points, while Stockton pulled 7 assists. Assisting is never a problem when you pass the ball around, and around, and around...

But for simulated games not really sure. If computers assists are simulated the same way then it doesnt matter I think.
