Roster Updates for Console Users?

Postby Zee on Mon Jan 03, 2005 11:36 am

Is there any site where roster updates are actually posted so that people can change them manually on the console versions of the game? (I know it would take a long time, but it's basically the only way to get accurate rosters on the console versions)

Gamefaq usually has those things, not sure if they have it for 2005 though.

While I don't have time to maintain a text roster update, I will try to help out by exporting the raw data from the DBFs to, say, an Excel spreadsheet or Access database with player ratings and jersey numbers that console users can refer to for player updates. As far as updating the rosters are concerned, ESPN's NBA Transactions listings and Patricia Bender's rosters are a good source. The only real problem is picking and choosing between missing players, as there's a lower created player limit.

Not yet - I usually announce things when I do them. ;) I've just released v1.04, I'll put together an Excel file from it soon.

Ive gotten the maxdrive update from ps2rosters and it seems to be a bit outdated. Im about to check out the sharkport save from gamefaqs but I doubt its any better because its updated as of NOVEMBER!!!!
Would anyone out there happen to have a more recent max drive or xport file for rosters? OR, even better would be if someone knew how to convert these roster patches to a .max file, etc.??
Thanks.

OK my questions is, On Gamefaqs.com when you are trying to download game saves for nba live 2005. Every game saves has (NA) after what does is stand for.

And my second question is, does the mega driver save game work on X-Port to!!!!!!!!!!
