About the player portrait

I followed every instruction on kevins tutorial.


I created Kemp and did every step on the tutorial.

but when i started the game and watched at shawn kemp theres just a blank place not even the created player portrait is there.


Why ?

either you didn't install it right, or u missed something when preparing the files, like not changing the hex string in the ebo file, or maybe u didn't import the right picture (bmp not png).
If you're still stuck, read through the tutorial again, and look carefully at the examples. Just recheck everything.

i saved the edited picture as png.

I didn´t do the hex thing cause i don´t have to rename them to shawn kemp....i´ve downloaded a kemp patch from nbalive.org- And the files are already named as shawn kemp. I mean the fsh files and the ebo files and all that.


I also made the correct dbf changes for that player.


besides i am almost there but i know i did sumthing wrong. I wanna know what i did wrong.

Aight i got the portrait for kemp now juhuuu but......

when i did a portrait for myself i realize that in game my head is pink...

so i found out that i HAVE to make an own cyberface for me before i get that portrait thing to work right.

but theres another but ..........its to hard i mean i got all the programms but i looked at yavuz page and there it says i need a bat file from the player i made. how do i create such a file ?


OR can i use jason williams cyberface instead of makin an own one cause i look like him i am a little more attractive but ya know.....
