Restore a cyberface

Hello there.

Due to a error in a patch I downloaded the cyberface of Orlando coach Johnny Davis got overwritten and now it displays as a pink head in game.

How can I restore the original cyberface? Is it possible to take it from the original CDs?

change josh davis' abbreviations to jhdavis or johnny davis' to jndavis....either way works....provided u know how to do that and all
