Graphics Card Question

I updated my video card wich is Intel 82865g graphics controller and my game nba live 2005 started to lag, and i double checked that i was no running extra programs by looking in the task manager please help before the update it did not lag!!

updated it to what?

if the updated drivers dont work, roll back ur drivers and try different ones, i have a geforce card and when i tried to update it with nvidia's latest, i couldnt run the game so i used different drivers and everything works perfectly now

You know what, curious101 suggested a couple of new "improved" drivers from these sites (for ATI and GeForce), it became one of the one two puches for the solution they had for the 3point shootout problem:

I'm assuming you have either upgraded to a Geforce or ATI card... but threatlockz question is valid, what did you upgrade? video card or drivers for your existing Intel video card?

I jsut upgraded it to a different version through downloading from the internet on the official web site.

personally i think you need a new graphics card like ati or nvidia.

Maybe its lagging because of your VGA Not being able to handle Lives Graphics. Try to lower settings and if it worked perfectly before then like they said update to the older version. And if its still messed up post wahts wrong... and if we still dont know... Have Fun!
