Help with game crashing.

Postby Donatello on Tue Dec 14, 2004 10:02 am

Sorry if there is already a thread like this, I just need some immediate help.

Last night I finished up my game, saved, and turned the PC off. Now I turned on the computer, opened Live, and when I click on "load/save" the game crashes. Completely closes. I don't mean when I click to load my save file- I mean just when I click to GET TO the load menu.

I restarted my computer, I've deleted all my temp internet files, cookies, etc....I ran adaware and norton......but it's still crashing. I'm going to just reinstall soon (and hope that fixes it), but I figured I would throw this question out there before I did. thx

ouch, that sux

try this, copy ur save game files to another place and delete them in the save file and try to go to the load/save menu...maybe it could be a corrupt save game file to cause this???

how many saves do you have? if you have multiple, try putting 1 in and take it out and put a different in, then you would find which is the bad saved files

haha you keep suggesting what i just tried :D good work.

that worked :D yay......doesn't make any sense how it could get corrupted by just sitting there turned off all day. maybe cause i just turned the cpu off instead of shutting it down?

hmm, depends...is ur team a growing up team or a veteran team...if its like young players and in developement, maybe get gerald wallace(who is young and pretty athletic) and mourning who can be the leader
or if u have good centers already, get grant hill who can shoot, pass, rebound, steal and defend
thats just my opinion
