Even Vince can't stop the Nets
It's beginning to look like the Nets' one loss was a fluke. The team is just unstoppable on the floor. Again, all five starters scored in double figures. Richard Jefferson had a double-double with 26 points and 11 rebounds, and Skita was just one rebound away from a double-double, as well (21 points, 9 rebounds).
The Nets premiered their new jerseys tonight, a color variation on the old New York Nets hardwood classic.

dope jerseys man! thats the type of shit that keeps people wanting to come back and read dynasties. very innovative. first person to use one on one and now the first person to make your own alternate for 2005. way to stay ahead of he curve!

thanks for the comments, especially on the jerseys

not like they're revolutionary or even hard to make, but i happen to like them quite a bit. i'm not sure if i'm going to have computer time tomorrow or not, so I might not get an update done until day after tomorrow.

WEBSITE UPDATED!!!
Finally! I've gotten around to updating the website! It's not 100% updated yet (the main page still has photos from last year and stuff like that)- but all league leaders, standings, etc are updated to the point of the 7th game (out of 29 games) in the second year of my dynasty.

The NLSC Player page is now up. You can view it here:

It's not much to look at, but the raw info is there. I hope the 'little red dots' are helpful, I found it much easier to read it with them there.

Great job with the stat site.

I should probably point out that my player is #2 in the league in steals right now, and Matt Cava (The Future) of the Clippers is #7 in rebounds
Also, I just checked the league transactions a while ago....Portland traded Sebastian Telfair to Denver for Eddie Griffin....
EDIT: Saturday is usually my day away from the computer, so don't expect any updates from me tomorrow. I might sneak on for a minute or two, but not much. Have a good weekend, all.

nice win versus the cavs bron bron had a nice game. Kurt Harris site sounds interesting cant wait to see what thats about

Harris has career night, but Nets can't stop the Spurs
If the Nets have anyone to blame for their second loss of the season, it's definitely not rookie Center Kurt Harris. Harris had the best game of his pro career, scoring 32 points, grabbing 8 rebounds, blocking 5 shots, and even nabbing a steal. But it just wasn't enough to lift the Nets past Brent Barry's 38 points, TP's 35 points, and Duncan's 8 blocks.
Lawrence Frank: "Harris had an incredible game....We've seen the potential in him, but he just hasn't been finding the minutes until tonight. No offense to Cody Worley, but we are probably going to shift our starting lineup to start Harris at Center, moving Skita back to PF, and Jefferson to SF, pushing Worley to the bench. Cody is a great player, and he will be our true sixth man. But a good big man is much harder to come by than a talented guard- so Harris gets the job. All six of these guys- Harris, Skita, Jefferson, Gordon, Carr, and Worley deserve to be starting. Look for our new lineup starting immediately."
Next game: Denver Nuggets (I've played it already, I'll post the recap soon

)

Nets win another, Clippers set sail
Matt Cava (The Future on NLSC) of the Clippers had a pretty good game- 11pts, 8 rebounds, 4 blocks, and only 1 turnover, but his team fell to the Nets 102-109. Joshua Carr (Donatello) had the game of his career- scoring 36 points, 7 steals, tossing 5 dimes, and grabbing 3 rebounds. The Nets record is now 9-3
Note (I played the Suns game last night, but while I was posting it on the forum, the forum went down and was moving to the new server or whatever, so it was all lost. I lost the game 93-90).
I will be posting info about this game from LiveDynasty.com on my thread on the LiveDynasty.com forums- you can check the forums out (and sign up

), and comment on my thread there if you'd like

EDIT: i forgot I also played the jazz game before the bucks game, won by 25!!!

i am NOT discontinuing this dynasty, I am however taking a small break from it before I decide whether to continue or not. I'm really 50/50 towards just throwing this one out and going with my new orlando dynasty.....but i've worked so hard at this one already.....arg.
feedback, feedback...let me know what to do. check out my new dynasty, and tell me which one is better.....

i also feel that way, when you made an update then after a few hours or a day, you saw no one post, it make you wonder if they like it anymore or not. but like i said to coco just look at your hits, continues both your dynasty but pls still make this your main dynasty.

Yeah, same for me, I posted my last recap and game preview (one hour and a half for both of 'em), and only one comment, plus if nobody cares of my dynasty, I don't know why I'll continue...
Donatello, hope you'll continue your dynasty.
For the moment I'll continue my dynasty if someone care.
