Change the stupid Targa screenshots to BMP?

Is there any way we can change the format when we take screenshots into BMP automatically? I know we can change them in a paint program but it's a hassle. It's always been BMP. Any suggestions or help would be great. I hope this is fixable?

i downloaded this a few weeks ago it works great- you just highlight all the tga files you want, and it converts them automatically

thanks i didnt know about it at first. now i dont have to keep getting out of the game and putting the pics in paint and doing all that unneccesary stuff.
