fatigue effect

hi everyone,, I have the PC version and I cant find the slider to put higher o lower the fatigue effect.. Iwill apreciate your help

It's in Options -> Gameplay Settings.

Is there a way to make auto substitutions ?

Change the User Substitution Frequency slider.
