I created a mods folder and put 4 Piston players update in the 2K25 main directory, however it looks the same. Isiah Stewart should have a headband with the new mod, he doesn't when I open the game.

I have 2 drives, C and D. I installed the game on my D drive (data) because my C drive didn't have enough space to install the game. I searched both drives for Programfiles\(X86)\steamapps\common\NBA2K25\mods\char\sig folder in file explorer. Nothing came up. It has to be somewhere correct?

You need to locate the steamapps folder, afaik the usual installation setup for those type of cases is that steam is installed at C drive but some apps are in D under steamapps
