Mod Tool to let me Control All Teams in Association mode?

Trying to gain control of all teams in the off season. Can someone link me to a tool that will let me do this?

I assume setting the player controlled teams to 30 isn’t going to help in this case? That’s a setting at the beginning of the association setup.

Right. I am assuming there’s a desktop tool I can open my association save in to make changes which would include being able to set user control of teams.
Madden 08 has desktop tools like this. Hoping 2k14 does as well.

I found a page with a bunch of programs for modding/editing 2k14, but descriptions are really lacking.

Bumping this since it has been a while.
Is there a tool to let you edit a franchise file? In particular, I’d like to change control from 1 team to all teams. This can’t be done in the game once the franchise starts. Other iterations allow you to change user controlled teams while in your franchise in the game, but not 2k14.


Surely a franchise editing tool exists?

RED MC can edit Association save files.
