cheat engine slider??

Does anyone have cheat engine slider that works or a method how to make it work? I was able to get the sliders for user and cpu, but I don't think it stay when in-game.

I tried searching the forums and then tried searching the 2kspecialist site and this was the only thing I found that could be it.
