The tl;dr version is that it's the usual: VC, MT, MyTEAM packs and cards, and cosmetic items. The 25th Anniversary edition also includes a year's subscription to NBA League Pass, just like last year's most expensive edition. It also has some additional Summer League-themed bonuses if you pre-order by July 25th.
My editorialising here is as follows. They're not going to run out of copies, and if you're not into MyTEAM and/or MyCAREER, you're not missing out on anything if you don't pre-order. In fact, given the usual cost of upgrading a MyPLAYER, the bonuses are really only appealing to MyTEAM gamers, and even then there's a very good chance that the bonus packs are going to be filled with doubles and low-rated cards. Putting aside the Summer League bonus, you can pretty much wait until the last minute as well if you do want to get the bonuses. And of course, if this is the year you want to be done with NBA 2K, or at least take a break from it, obviously don't put your money down; especially on a pre-order!
