I couldn't attach the full version of the mod because it's 47.5MB.
So I only uploaded the jersey.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Although uniforms missing some details like square pattern and fonts are not exact correct. Wordmark font is Russo One, numbers font is Teko Semibold and nob font is Bebas Neue. If you need jerseys for Poland or some help feel free to write.

I'm using sites like whatfontis, fontquirrel and WhatTheFont tool on myfonts.

Portraits are locate in portrait.iff and potrait.cdf files and players portrait id are in roster file. Here is tutorial: viewtopic.php?f=150&t=88352

Estonia is Stafford font family with slightly different #1 and #4. Pattern is just a digital camo, if you type this in google images you'll find some similar things.
