ENB/Global Combos to make it feel like NBA Live?

Hey all,
I know this sounds silly, but I always loved the way the tragic NBA Live 13 looked. I thought it looked good. The gameplay looked terrible, but this photo of Lebron in particular made me at least want to try it.
Any ENB or globals that may make the game look a bit more like this? I have tight jerseys, and that helps. But I'm looking for more! Thanks.
