Possible to install 2023 Rosters on a PS3 for NBA2K14?

Damn.. do you know if there are any for ps3 or how to make one? (As in can you make it on pc and export it or do you have to purely make it on the ps3 and then export that)

I can't recall anyone posting any PS3 updates recently. You'd have to start with the PS3 file and update from there.
