NBA 2K9 on newer PCs

Hello all,

I am facing some issues while playing NBA 2K9 on my PC.

The GPU isn't maxing out,the GPU clocks fluctuate, they are unstable.

I get FPS drops and stutter.

My GPU is AMD Radeon.

Please tell me how do I fix that issue.

Maybe I should configure the AMD Adrenalin settings.

You should honestly just download the PS3 Emulator (RPCS3) and play it that way. That's what I ended up doing.

Enable vsync, lock at 60 fps
