ESPN 75th Scoreboard v1.1 (Myleaue Automatic Weekday)

english.iff made by hades2k. it is from his 2021 espn scoreboard
Karinge made the amazing scoreboard texture and logo textures.
I just put them into 2k14. All credit goes to him for his amazing texture.

Automatic Weekday and playoff in Association Mode (see post above)
removed team record, but bonus is in correct position
v.1.1 ... made shotclock yellow... all the rest the same... forgot to fix that

logos... using my logos, work good with performance courts... and 75th espn scoreboard.

also turn off vsync. it seems to be broken. 60hz display... vsync on : 50fps.... vsync off: 111 fps.

also got a mod called: 2k14 BROTHER 2KS TEAM SELECT LOGOS TO AVOID GAME CRASHES .... not sure the download link, but turns the team select logos into neon outline. helps with association team select loading and browsing associtaion data (player stats, team division, etc).... don't know the download link

gonna take a break from scoreboards and play some 2k14 association for a while. scoreboard notes v6 are up to date. nothing really to add.

For which resolution this score is made because on my 1280 × 1024 only half of score is showing.

your closest 16:9 ratio will be 1280 x 720 to show the full scoreboard.

texture 00724a40 sits behind the team color. Can put dark texture behind for classic teams and other teams that don't have color dots in the corners.
All regualar teams unaffected if they have the team color dots in the corner of logo.
inclued an english.iff I was working on. Still don't know how to do numbers (hope somebody stops by and explains)
the text is from me. the numbers is from the hades2k english.iff. anyways, it all documented in the 7z file.

font letters were saved with dxt5 compression and generate minmaps ..... put into group0
font numbers seem to be saved with dxt5 compression and no minmaps .... put into group1

texture could be improved... maybe will do that later.
Flyout is always secondary color. uses team color dots in top left/top right of included logos.
You can change the team color by editing those logo dots.

team color background .... it is built into the logo. on the logo texture the actual team color is top right/top left of logo.

the team color mesh is connected to the logo mesh.... making the logo mesh all stretched... not me, was exrixxixx who did all the hard work.

if you are working on some scoreboard... post a screenshot and i'll try to give you some directions.

Oh, that looks great. Did you want to move all the flyouts? or just the lineup flyout?

I only had a few minutes right now..... end goal.... hopefully the "current lineup panel" are red font color

ncaa scoreboard that i made has a specific unique black that only is found in the scoreboard panels i changed.

like ff ff ff ff (white) and 00 00 00 ff (black) can be all sorts of hex locations ....
but 49 39 23 ff (unique black/unique hex) is only my font colors so that i can find the tested font colors quicker.

49 39 23 ff ---- original flyout color


replace with custom red (r=240, g=62, b=34 .... hex f0 3e 23


flip the hex from RGB to BGR (most 2k14 font colors are BGR; a few are RGB)

23 3e f0 ff ---- custom red (easy search; unique numbers)


----- search original NCAAA FOR FIRST font color change and last font color change


first font color is at hex loaction 00002f3c

last font color is at hex location 000a123c



copy the ncaa scoreboard to desktop and do replace all .... 49 39 23 ff with 23 3e f0 ff (red)..... now fonts are red.


---- other font colors may be before or after can't remember if i tested all the font colors, but they are in the sameish location block all next to each other if i remember correctly -----

use desktop scorebard (red font) and replace large portions of game folder scoreboard (black font)... copy/paste... trying to find red font in the correct panel.


so, i would replace large portions of ncaa original (black color) with ncaa red color hex (copy/paste from one scoreboard to the other scoreboard)

if the hex is identical (ncaa original black VS ncaa red font) and only font has changed... then can replace hex from one scoreboard to another without breaking anything else.

looking for range where your panel is red... then shrink that range smaller and smaller until panel font is located.


so replace from hex 00002f3c -> 00054237 .... replace all hex within that range ..... then check in game if the specific panel has changed color.


if it is in the hex range.... the shrink hex range smaller and smaller until only your panel is red font color.


if not between {0002f3c -> 00054237} then try the other half range {00054237 ->000a123c}


looking for font color of your panel will lead to other pointers.

Hello, the team colors is not showing up in the scoreboard. I'm using the v 3.2 scoreboard and the logos that I'm using is the logos that are inside the scoreboard folder. Did I do something wrong? I copy paste the logos files and scoreboard from the folder to the 2K14 main directory. I attached the screenshot of the scoreboard with the issue. The scoreboard is good but I want the team colors to show up. Thanks in advance!

open logo with 3dm modding tool
extract dds

anyways, just to confirm.... exactly which team are you playing in game? for instance, the team '94 rockets is logo589.iff

the cbs folder logos has dots .... logos000 --- logo030 or whatever. but there are other team logos in your 2k14 folder that don't have dots ... like logo589.iff ... i didn't bother to put dots on that one.

default roster team ID list: viewtopic.php?f=154&t=94824

and then, if you are using a custom rosters.... people might assign rockets to logo87283.iff ..... depends on the roster maker ...
you can check the roster and team logo number with RedMC --download link: RED Modding Center

for a custom roster.... team might have a unique logo# iff .... that would need to have the dots in the corner

I'm using the default NBA 2K14 teams for playing, and I mostly play the Cavaliers, but the team colors does not show up in any nba2k14 default teams with the cbs logos, tried the NBA2K14 logos, but obviously it will not work without the team color dots, also tried the karinge logos, issue still exists. And I don't have any custom rosters in the game. And do I need to put color dots in the retro teams and euro teams and etc...?

thanks for more information soorry abt that, you are perfect.... I completely misunderstood the first question. You don't need to put the dots in the classic logos.... I believe you said you have an intel gpu..
