I just checked again before I packed the Missing Cyberfaces you mentioned and they are in...

Please copy the Mods Folder to your Main NBA 2k21 Directory and the issue should be fixed.

If I do UAR for NBA 2k22 I would start FRESH with the last Official Roster 2k releases for NBA 2k22.

That is how it's been done since 2011.

Feel free to create your own rosters for NBA 2k22.

Does anyone have the slider set for this since they shut down the servers? Just downloaded the roster, looks great!

Side rant - I own every NBA2k14-2k20 but haven't bought a 2k since they stopped making new games (PC gamer only), but got 2k21 for free on Epic. Download and find out 50% of this game was shut down 2 years after release, despite no (actual) new releases. Love this community and that rosters can still be shared, but wow if it doesn't seem like a crazy problem, especially since I had just gotten done modding a 10 year old game through it's ingame menu, then I find this

In order to make everything work, is it enough that I download only the latest version (v9)? Or do I have to download all from v1 to v9?
