Some beard models are designed for a head model that has the beard shape included in the face model (a huge "chin" underneath). That's why you can't really use beards from Harden, Sergio Rodriguez, and a few others. You have two options:
a) try a different beard (I think there's a chance Tyson Chandler's might work well, for example)
b) use the same ID you used as the Beard CFID for the Base CFID as well

Still not working for me, getting the error

ok it's working now. Thanks for the hard work u put into this - really sucks 2k updates forced u to do so.

Hey man, thank you for this amazing tool :fire: :100: . We really appreciate you guys effort to provide these tools for the whole community :bowdown: . I have a quick question, I see you have a column (BODY TYPE) but I noticed it doesn't take effect once I export the mixed CF. It's there a specific way to word the body type to be effective? For example, I typed "BUILT" but the exported mixed CF stays at a default slim body type from the skin CFID.

ok, I see what you're talking about but I want the player to be more in the muscular size instead of the current slim body. I see the "MUSCLE TYPE" column but it doesn't take effect once I export the mixed CF. I don't think the 2ktools allows me to adjusts the BODY SHAPE once I change the CFID of my created player to the one I export from the mixed CyberFace Tool.

Try editing the cyberface bro on their png.. Go to appearance.info/data and edit with notepad++. Change the muscle type to SUPERRIPPED or RIPPED. If that's what u want

Jeek313, Hey man. Again amazing work and finally made it work again after some 2k updates. Do you think they will work with new CFIDS from the most recent additional cyberfaces from 2ks updates? For 2k21 specifically. Cause I've been using the 2k20 cyberface guide from @Shuajota. And it's been really helpful. But I don't if works with new cyberfaces with the current patch/update.

Almost everytime I use this the game crashes when the generated cyberface is assigned. It must be something I am doing wrong? I plug in the output number i want, the base, the skin, the hair. Load it into the mixer which generates everything as desire, i see the files now in my mod folder, but when i assign the face to someone, it crashes the game. I was able to get one work that I created for Bill Sharman in my 1950 draft class, and I did some crazy things messing around with a Magic Johnson and Vlade Divac combo, so I know it works, but it is working like once every 25 or so times I attempt. Is it just that hit and miss or am I doing something incorrect?

just incase anyone else is having this problem, I found that it was my antivirus software (specifically mcafee) was interfering with the export console, and so you need to whitelist the export console file.

after switching to the steam version from epic and trying to use this + the randomizer spreadsheet, it seems to crash for practically every CF, maybe with some exceptions, is it because the spreadsheet is outdated or something?

Yeah its not just you. Even though the manifest file is no longer required some of the internal changes 2k has done has definitely affected the amount of successful mixes the tool can achieve.

I even tried to do some of the mixes that previously worked for me prior to 2k's update and even though the tool mixed them correctly, once I assigned the cyberfaces in game I get CTD instantly. I am using newer cyberface ids (7000-8000) to mix with as well. I know that the older forms (usually classic players) don't mix well.

Is anyone else having this issue or are mixes working well for people?

Are you dropping the .csv file directly into the CyberfaceMixer.exe

So i've just noticed something.

I also have Looyh export tool 1.1 and whenever I use cyberface mixer (0.92) the cfid's that I put into the mixers .csv get exported into the Looyh export folder? which is obviously the same thing Looyh tool does but for some reason the mixer is doing this as well.

I wonder if this is the reason none of my mixes are working. i.e. the files are getting pulled and the mixer is making a new .iff file but not actually putting any data into it?

yeah.. I seem to have the same issue too, originally I thought it was a problem with maybe the exporting faces not working properly but that doesn't seem to be why.. it's weird, I went from having maybe one face issue to having the outcome flipped around
