any way to move crowds?

im trying to make fiba 3x3 stadium but i cant arrange the crowds or move it. is there a way to move it?

On classic arenas, there's a dds file (named seats.....dds)
kind of black and white template to set where's the crowd. unfortunately, i never succeed to make it work properly and/or find a good tutorial about.

you need to edit the crowd.crowddata, it contains the crowd position, rotation, and elevation.. each arena is unique, different from the other.. it is too complicated if you are just using the hex editor.. you need to translate each values to identify to where it is belong to.. goodluck
