autsch, you made some editing that corrupted the roster.
as far as I know if a game crashes right before announcing the starters.... it's the jerseys.
did you add new jerseys? check if there's something wrong with jerseys of the two teams you played with.

Yes but when the start game no problem my player on the bench, its when m'y player come in the game the game crash, if its the Jersey the problem why the game dont crash on season mod or quickly game ? No ?

if you can start and play the game I think its not the jerseys.
but test the jerseys of theses teams in a friendly game. not in MyCareer mod.
does the friendly game crash?

There's a working link in our Downloads section. False positives by browser security and anti-virus software can block it (and will require you to change settings accordingly), but it's definitely still available to download.

Hello, Andrew. My name is Vladimir Altuve. I'm new in these forums, but cartainly not new about modding games. I make uniforms for MLB 2k12 since long ago and for MVP 2005 before that.

I'm using my own nickname here and you can contact me at mvpmods.com forums for anything you need, although most of the tools we use really come from these NBA forums.

I found this forum looking for a tool to resize some pictures inside a 2k12 IFF file, and I think RED MC is the right one. But V5 seams to be really hard to find to me. If you look at these links, you can see the download button is avialable for "setup_REDitorII_v5.0.exe":

But it is not avialable for "setup_RED_MC_v.5.0.0.0.exe", the tool I'm looking for:

Both links were taken fron these forrums download section. Since all the text in that site is in russian, I'm not sure about what to do if the link works different than in the other file.

It's a false positive triggered by the method RED MC uses to validate keys (when it was still a paid tool).

I don't know, if this will be an X-Mas present for you, or if it will take a little longer, but the plan is to make IFF-files supported by RED MC, allowing to: export/import any amounts of files of any size; keep all the files under their original names (not just 0,1,2 like in the MOD Tool); keep the files compressed (so your game folder won't be 2 times bigger after all the wanted mods are installed). So, no restirctions for texture sizes, music tracks lengths, etc. ... Many things are already done in that direction, but there is still a plenty of others to do until this will become possible, so this is just an early preview at the moment. :)
Roster-files are still the top priority for the initial release in November. ;)

Hi,Sir,I have a question to bother you.This issue bothers me a few month.Recently I have create a roster with 418 teams,and it runs well.And then I edit the roster with Red_mc again,the free space data is about 82190/222/4 ,but when I add one more team and save (TType set to 17),then I run the 2K14 game and load my roster ,if I return to the quick game selection,the game will crash immediately.But If I don't return to quick game pages,Like I go to the roster manage page,or select a pratice mode ,it's ok to run.But every time I return back to quick game selection pages,100% crash.
I have also test the UBR V63 roster,it's free space is like 76000/7800/200,I do the same action(add some TType=17 teams ),when I add teams with red_mc and free space down to the data like 68000/7800/200,if I load this roster,the crash happens like my roster.
So I want to ask you if you have any idea about this issue,why did this happen,and it only happens when return to quick game selection page?

Is there any way to edit the draft projections of the college players? I get tired of having the best prospects always at the time and would like to add a bit more unpredictability to the draft. I know there is a draft projection tab but I’m not sure if it does anything.

Dear all, when I edit portait.iff through RED MC after saving (I make save as.. and save as IFF file) when I try to re-open the edited file, RED MC tells me "stream error" and does not open the file.
How to overcome this problem?

From memory, when RED MC saves an .iff file, it can no longer be edited any further. I'm not familiar with that side of RED MC, but I'm pretty sure it locks .iff files from further editing.
