Advice on Glitching hair

Are you using the beard texture from a different model or both facial hair and hair are originally from the same model?

I’m using the original patty mills beard texture and harrells hair texture, it doesn’t seem to be a texture issue, the vertex son the hair are either not showing or glitching out everywhere

Because the model is probably set to read the facialhair texture and not the hair texture. Try to combine both in the same dds. The problem does not seem related to being a moving hair structure, but it is not reading both textures correctly.

I’m currently at work and can’t test it but I’m 99% sure it’s not the texture, as I hate patty’s default hair texture on it at first and the uvs didn’t line up properly, then I put harrells texture and it lined up perfectly,l. Also in game it’s a massive glitchy mess, it’s behaving like a beard that doesn’t have the LODs deleted properly. But i have ts hair and beard set to false, and all the LODs deleted from the player model and the hair model

hi sir i was wondering if you could help me out because i saw the marcus smart you shared which you said has an issue with uv. I think it could be the same issue as mine with this paul george from 2k21 used in 2k20. can you help me fix it?
