Update Feb 09, 2021 (v1.6.1)

I went through the faces and made some manual tweaks for reasons such as:

• visual bugs
• too much similarity with an NBA player or another player in the draft class
• unintended changes made in the previous version (I re-exported all faces with reduced file size, but there were some unwanted side effects)

These all look great, thanks for these. I was curious as to what the make-up of this guy is? Fell like I recognise the model and face, but can't put my finger on it.

Luke Babbitt with Gary Payton II's face texture, although I tweaked the texture by hand a little bit. The hair is from DJ Wilson.

I think they are invisible because the cf numbers are above 10k

That's one of the reasons why you need the Hook - it adds support for CFIDs over 10000.

wish I'd known about this before starting MyCareer.
I'm 3 years in and have a load of cpu players now.
I was wondering if it's easy\possible to get a list of your players with skin tones and CF ID so I can mod my career roster?
I currently have to load my roster find a guy, get his skin tone, exit career, load your draft class, find a face, copy the ID and back into career to edit.
Is there an easier\quicker way?

I don't have a list of players that includes skin tones, sorry.

I do think there is a slightly quicker way! I agree that it's a lot of hassle constantly going back and forth between your MyCareer roster and the draft classes, so my suggestion is: don't do it one by one.

Instead, grab a piece of paper. Browse the draft classes, write down a bunch of IDs of faces that you like and note down their skin color. Then, whenever you come across a player in your MyCareer that needs a face, just pick an ID from the paper and cross it out.

That way, when next season starts and more generic faces start popping up, you'll already have face IDs prepared for them.

By the way, you don't necessarily have to match the skin tones

I was doing similar with excel
Just picking the next 2-3 teams I'm up against and going through their roster to find missing faces.
I know I don't have to match but it seems a nice way to ensure a similar mix rather than me just adding on the next one in line.

The only guys with CFID 1 should be the trash guys with 40 OVR, they only exist because 2K doesn't let us remove players from the draft class. They are set to retire after one season.

Only the 60-70 players in each draft class that do have cyberfaces are made by me.

Year 7-8 now released!

Year 7 and 8 are now here, and the quality is better then ever! More high-quality faces with extra attention to detail, there are way fewer "boring" filler faces. More players have hair meshes, often manually tweaked to reduce clipping and visual glitches.

Overall, the newest draft classes raise the bar and I might just go back and tweak some faces in the previous draft classes to get them to the same level.

In any case, have fun using these in your MyLeague!
