I don't know if you know that this plugin is not free. Its author, Maurizio Memoli requests a donation to download it. Here you can find his original post: https://gumroad.com/l/tOKEh , so I do not see correct to post this here. I know someone uploaded this to EYEUC servers for free but that should not give you the right to do the same. It´s my thought.

You have to open the jersey file (.iff) with 7zip and then you can replace the normal .dds textures for jersey and shorts.
