Photoshop editing fix

So im using photoshot to edit cyberfaces and jerseys, and everytime after i save and putting it in the game so whenever im trying to check it out the game crashes, does anybody knows how to fix it?

With which options do you use for saving the files and which files? When using the wrong dds format (so for example BC7 instead of BC1) the game can crash.

i tried to save it in so many different formats and it always crashes do you know maybe what i gotta do?
