I figured out how download them, but once I unzip the file for the short net it doesn't appear as a gobal.iff file, but instead it appears as net.217d6acbbf7789ff.model and then when I put that in the MODS folder it doesn't seem to work in the game.

Can you walk me through how to properly add the files to the game?

how to you add the net file to the global?

Using 7z. Highlight and right click once on global.iff. Highlight "Open Archive", place the net mod inside the .iff window, click OK or Save. Enjoy.

michaelvlutz49, Hello sir, can you please edit/modify this again and make the net physics stiffer and faster? its still pretty slow and it looks like its cotton

either use the NBA 2k file exporter (viewtopic.php?f=267&t=110593) to export the original file or download one from a modder of your choice and take that.
