We touched on it in a podcast episode and I think I've mentioned it in an article or two. Unfortunate for collectors, and certainly for anyone who wanted the DLC. I have to imagine it's part of the deal when the second game came under the 2K umbrella; the timing seems to line up, anyway.

No worries, it hasn't really been discussed here in the Forum that much. As I said, it's unfortunate; one of the downsides of digital-only distribution.
