Downloaded rebrands and the end of the 2K19 servers

Greetings.
I'm playing a MyLeague with a bunch of re-branded teams. From what I understand, once the servers go down (coming up soon with the release of 2K21), those designs won't be available anymore.
Is there any way to preserve them, being that I'm on PC? Any insight you have would be much appreciated.
