U R B - WHERE SIM HAPPENS ! 2023 Roster Preview! 22ND February!

1. Retro shoes files should go to main game folder. Retro shoes should be decade, if i didnt have model i want i use something similar, there shouldnt be current shoes in 80s or 90s rosters but there can be for sure 90s shoes in 80s rosters. Can you please tell me which player wear current shoes? Generic shoes sounds interesting.

3. I have no idea what are you talking about. Im using this global because its universal for retro and current. Let me know when you will find better universal global and i will test and if it will be good i will put into mod. Im not global modder.
4. Not sure about which EOS you are talking about. 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 are finished. Can you point modern player in any of mentioned rosters. If there are some errors, its probably because of slimm edits.

1. and 2. - For example, i was playing 1985 Celtics vs Sixers and i noticed same type of generic shoes like in late 90s rosters, while missing old school shoes like, for example, Converse and Adidas Superstar shoes that were very common among players. Also, while playing 1996 Suns vs Sonics, most of players (except Kemp i think) had generic shoes in team uniform colors. Yes, i put shoes files into main folder. No problem if this is supposed to be this way, i know modding is not being magician .

3. Well, global in the mod has some background graphics in it, because when i put, for example, modded default global.iff (with nba logo removed), those graphics dissapear. So my question was if it is possible to remove background graphics from the global.iff file in the mod, so we can use any global we want without loosing those cool graphics URB team made? It seems part of background graphics is in separate files, while other part is put into global.iff and when i change global, that part background graphics is broken.

4. I was trying 1997 EOS, Mavs team has Darington Hobson in staring 11, while Suns have Davis Bertans in the starting lineup (both modern seasons players). Also noticed some starting lineups in other EOS rosters are not end of season based on http://www.basketball-reference.com lineups end of season/playoffs games. That's why my guess was those were still WIP?

EDIT: I managed to fix it - all shoes files without .iff extension should go to "Roaming/2K Sports/shoes" folder. It was not mentioned in instructions. Now all shoes are fine.

I didn't browse team by team in every EOS roster to give you more specific feedback, it was just a notice from my end.

1997 EOS Roster: Sedale Threatt is missing on the Houston Rockets (late season addition). I remember vividly he was on the playoffs series when Stockton hit that buzzer beater shot to send them to the 97 NBA Finals.
1998 EOS Roster: Dontae Jones has "Lebron James" portrait (His located in the FA team)
2020 Roster: Stephen Curry 3pt rating is 54...that seems kinda low for him in my opinion.

*Also is there an option to bring back the old menus art (before Kobe..). I kinda dig that better.

Other than that, love all the updates made. Keep up the good work.

Im not a big fan of adding new players. Sedale number of games looks rly low for Houston in 1996/97 season but his minutes looks ok. Maybe i will consider and add him in next releases.
Dontae Jones have LBJ portrait because he was no portrait guy. When i was adding new portraits ID for LBJ i didnt know that Jones whos cf id is the same as new LBJ portrait. You will see a lot of similar situation right now ( less known players).
Why im not worry about this? Because my next BIG project is Quality portraits for ALL players, so even guys like Dontae will get his portrait at some point.

Checked. I have no idea what you did but for sure you forgot to download retro CFs parts. REMEMBER! DOUBLE TRIPLE CHECK, THEN REPORT.

Then his CF is inside modern stuff, because I just checked with RED MC that his CFID is 41 and in NONE of 7 retro CF parts there is a png0041.iff file...

Well since your base ratings are on yearly stats, then I don't have any issue with that . Back when I was still making roster files for "UBR" that's how I did my calculations (90% stats), other 10% left was for talent. Great job on the ratings! Very realistic.

I do hope you will consider adding Sedale to the 96/97 Rockets team...if not maybe you can put him on the Free agent pool at least (His also not there either for both 1997 EOS and beginning).

*Also I discovered another error:
1997 EOS Roster: Suns have Davis Bertans on the roster. Not only on the roster; but his also on the starting five. His CF is not him as well. He wears #23..I thought it was Tishdale at first, lol (Which should be).
Speaking of Tishdale his later CF png14245 (95 to 97) seems to not look like him...CF seems more light skinned (like Barkley) than his Sac King's CF (This CF is perfect btw...maybe just make it bald for his later years).

I just fixed the 2015 roster, the Elite roster, the 2019andElite roster, and the 2020andElite roster. The 2015 Warriors are now correct in the Elite rosters and the 2015 roster is correct.

cmon, you must be sure. For me it looks like Air Max...dont have correct shoes for Barkley in 2k13...but LBJ shoes? Make a screenshot please.

can you please check your shoes folder first? Remove all (make a copy). Then check. If its still the same, re-paste my shoes one more time.
Or...in your situation...i think Air Max shoes was original in game. Maybe you overwritten this file with lbj shoes at some point?

Please re-download 2k13 retro shoes part. I added original air max there.

2. I think its not possible. We choose quality over playoffs logo, but i can be wrong. This is how i remember why playoff logo not show up on higher resolution courts. Correct me if im wrong.
