Exporting MyTeam designs from MyLeague

Hello - Do you all know if there is a way to export a created Team Design (floor and jerseys) from Myleague? I am unable to figure out the process via any of the the 2k modding tools. I would like to use the 2003 nba all star game floor and jersey I located in the Community Team Design, and use them to replace the 2020 all star floor and jersey. I tried using Looyh's new tool which resulted in 2k crashing. thanks!
