Ball problem in game

Hi guys,
I have installed a new ball in the game, but I have a problem and that is that in the game the ball comes out deformed (as seen in the attached image). I do not understand why it appears to me like this.

I have install the spalding ball included in the NBA ACTION 15 patch.

In that case it should be compatible with NBA Live 08. Assuming you don't have any other updates that it's conflicting with, there could be an issue with the update itself, in which case there's not much you can do except remove it.
