Huge Issue with Roster Rotation and Custom Roster save

Hey guys,
Im trying to save a roster and it tells me that it has to have 14 active players or it will auto add players in My League. Im adding minutes to the reserves but it tells me it´s invalid every time and thus, any time I start a my league I get N/D contracts for two years. Which shouldnt be as I have 15 players in the roster.
Is there a way to solve it? I'm playing in PS4!
