2019 Playoffs: (2) Toronto vs. (3) Philadelphia

After disappointing losses to open their respective series, the Raptors and Sixers took care of business as expected to advance to the second round. The top four teams in the East are head and shoulders above the rest of the conference, and so after a snooze-fest first round both second round series are pretty intriguing.

The Sixers are loaded with talent, but haven't had much time to gel, have a questionable coach and don't have a strong bench. The Raptors are even more stacked and are seemingly the most complete team in the conference, but memes favor a letdown. I think with the coaching and personnel changes Toronto transcends their history and wins this series in 6 games. We'll see though.

Kawhi in 4. Chemistry over star loaded roster.

Siakam was a great surprise this season. Love it, he's fearless and focused. He should play a viral role once again in this series.

Gasol's been terrific so far this playoffs when he guarded Vucevic, hope he can keep up with Embiid's size though. If Gasol at least slows down Embiid, I can see this ending in 5.

Raptors in 6.

Like to see buckets, embiid, and the enigmatic Simmons advabce. Think raptors got this though

I'm rooting for Embiid so much because he's such a likable guy but talent vs talent with experience beats that shit always. Hope he at least balls out and doesn't get any major injuries though,

Siakem is incredible. You want 2 to 3 players to come up huge in the playoffs, and it's nice to see him playing like a superstar. 2 superstars + 1or2 allstar = championship. Kawhi being a league's top 3 talent for years, I am liking Raptors chance at the moment, thx to Siakem.

If the 76ers can't match Siakams energy, and just the overall defensive energy and tenacity of the Raptors as a whole, this series will end fast.

Kawhi looks like he's moving in slow motion, and before you know it, he's at the basket. He does it so effortlessly, and never panics on the court.

what has ben simmons done since the nets series? i'm not even sure he looked at the basket/was involved in the offense in 4th qtr of the last game. i'd hate to say it but this is what happens when you don't & can't shoot the ball in the playoffs against good defensive teams.

Ben Simmons has more field goal attempts than points thus far in the series. Pick the adjective that feels right for you; I'm going with horrendous. He needs that jumpshot, and the mentality to score when needed.
