Ok so for me it just loads forever. Any ideas as to why that is? I get the error message, press continue and it stays on the loading screen.

WOW! thaht would be awesome man! IS there some possibility for you to implement a tool which could overwrite files from SYNC.BIN or is it just impossible? That would be the holy grail at this moment!

I did create a quick walkthrough of everything I was able to do with the File explorer tool.
As I said earlier it seems to be a bit quicker than 2K17 file explorer. This video is for those who are curious or just didn't understand how to get the tool working.

the least you could do is give me a full working version with the ability to translate your program

I barely even looked through the roster editor program you made before I found literally copy paste examples taken directly from my cheat engine tables so who knows how much you actually just ripped from the work and time I put in but if it was that easy to find I'm sure there will be more examples
