[NBA 2K13] [PC] Crashes After I became a starter and/or sign with Nike in MyC...

I'm using URB 2K13, copy/paste/overwrite files to the game directory starting from part 1 to part 9, and used the "2K13 2019 Roster" from URB then load it to the game.
However, this is the second time (i re-do it all after the first incident) that the NBA 2K13 crashes after i entered fake birth date and tap "enter".
They both happened after i became (in MyCareer) a starter on my team and for both instances, i signed with Nike (i don't know if that could be related to the problem or not).
They didn't happen right after i became a starter and/or signed with Nike, i was able to play more season games. However, once i exit the game and play again later, that's when the crashes happen.
All in all, thanks to Skoadam, it was my first time updating NBA 2K13 and everything was smooth and amazing (except for the said crashes).
Also, if i could add...
1) Do i always need to load the "URB Roster" in the game after i exit and open it again?
2) Forgive my ignorance but can someone shed some light on how to use the "URB Sliders" and what do they do on the game? Do i always need to load it in the game after i exit and open it again? And why does when i load it too, the music stops?

Mycareer will crash, never said it wont
1. Yes, you must load roster if you want to use that roster.
2. Yes, you must load sliders if you want to use them. Sliders are gameplay sets and it set things like Speed, quickness, rebounding, blocking etc. Imo you should use urb sliders because it was set to be compatible with urb rosters. In 2k13 and 2k14 sliders are together with game settings(audio/video configuration). So if you want to set your own video or Music configuration but keep sliders you must load urb sliders, go into video/ audio settings and set what you want. Then your urb sliders should Play Music whenever you load it.
