2k19 Custom Shoes - Kyrie 4 "Mamba Mentality"

For some reason, even though I have the files in my global, when I go to see the shoe in the edit player menu, all I see is the default pattern. Can anyone help me out?

In shoes customize menu texture will be same, but after you create shoes, and go to roster edit to change shoes for player, you find new shoes with new texture

Guys can you say to me the name of the tool for install this dds files please ?

I use winrar to extract files and you can edit the global.iff (where you put the camo files in) by double clicking it then saving it on the winrar and extract to 2k19. 7zip is practically the same but winrar can do it if you use that to extract mods.

Yea, that's the exact menu I'm talking about haha, Like I'm looking at Kyrie's body with the shoes, but the shoes have the default pattern, not the new one

Did you put the global in the modded folder while 2K19 is off? If not you will have to restart the game.
