Which Player to choose for Park?

I have two characters PF : Shot Creating Athletic Finisher C : Slashing Rebounder

I am not sure which I should use for my Park. I want someone who can play good defend and be good at middle range, rebounding dunks. And ok if he can shoot 3 it would be perfect.

Should I make an other archetype and which?

I'm hearing that Shot Creating builds are quite powerful this year.
