Question on cyber face marking

Hey, my name is kelvinchan327, a facemarker for pes game, i would like to do some nba2k cyberface, however, i found some difficulties, when i open the face texture into the head modle using uv/image editor, the model is black instead of having texture, just like the screen i captured, anyone know what happen???
