The last 3 players were waived, leaving 16 players. If only 15 players fill the spots, who do you think gets the boot?

I could see them letting Shumpert go, since his contract will come off the books at the end of the years anyway. Failing that, I believe there are a couple of players they'd be allowed to assign as two-way players.

Makes sense, since he'll be competing with Bogdanovic and Hield for the SG minutes. But it would be quite unfortunate for Shumpert, as he just opted in his final contract year last month.

I think Ben McLemore is a contender on getting cut with that nice 1-year $5M contract. I also see Shumpert getting booted, as he would probably sign with a contender or go for some money in China.

So at least 2 guys will be sent, as Sacramento might sign another rookie.
