User-Controlled Teams (MyLeague) (PS4)

Alright so I selected all teams at the start of MyLeague so I could rebrand, but there doesn't seem to be an option for me to only control one now, any help?

Once you have selected all user teams at the start, you are stuck being on them the whole season. However, you can easily just play the games you want with the team you want even if all teams are selected.
