Talk about NBA Live 2005 here.

Do you suppose IGN will post any more of those full-game vids before Live comes out? I'm sure they'll post some sort of video, but I really hope they're aware of what a big hit the full-game vids were. Can't wait to watch another.

If you're greedy then I'm the most self-indulgent bastard known to man!

I'm not sure if IGN will in fact post more full game footage but based on the amount of hits it must have gotten I wouldn't be surprised if they do.

It's nice to watch full game video
but now i am hoping they release a ESPN NBA 2K5 full game video using the superb TV camera view!

That would really show a lot. I've always preferred Live over ESPN/Sega, but I always try to atleast give their titles a try every year. A full game video of ESPN would really tell us Live-boys a lot about whether or not ESPN is a real competitor this year.

That TV camera view is nice, i liked it a lot. I just wish ESPN would release on PC in the future. It wouldn't be too hard to convert over to PC. TopSpin has made it's way to the PC audience. I hope ESPN, atleast gives the PC customers a chance.

Wussup C, I totally agree. I wonder why ESPN hasn't tapped into the PC market?

Maybe they are worried about the stranglehold NBA Live has on the PC market? With all the patchers etc whom also have helped boost the community and fan base? Who knows. One would think espn might be patchable if it ever came on PC. I'd like to have a play of it, have never played it.
But im a Live boy from 95 .... so yeah, i'd always buy Live.

I like the press box angle because I like moving my dialog stick side to side instead of up and down. I'm just use to playing on press box and have been playing on it since Ive been playing bball games.

I'm pretty sure it's because most of the profit and sales are from console games. I think PC doesn't sell as much as the consoles, but EA's staying loyal to us because of us dedicated patchers and PC community (with the exception of Live 2002). Either ESPN is afraid of the competition of EA's dominance on the PC market, as Jase23 had suggested, or ESPN is not interested in pursuing a smaller market in relation to the console market.

Yeah, I'm a huge Vlade fan. The Kings have been my team for 5+ years now. It's going to be strange to see Vlade playing for the enemy, but I still respect him and he is still one of my favorite players. And no, I never saw him on Married With Children, but that sounds hilarious.

J-Rob, the guy who posted these videos, said that it was a daily thing now that he has a beta version of the game. And besides, it is called Play of the
Day.

I thought it was play of the day for all of IGN Sports, not just NBA Live play of the day.

I'll be cheering for the Kings, like always. The Lakers are still the enemy, however I won't consider Vlade an enemy. He will always be one of my favorite all-time players. It still saddens me that he left Sacramento, but things change.

Hey Vladiv... who do u go for?
um... silky... just out of interest- wat will u say when vlade does the flop on Webber?

LOL, good question. I'll probably just have to smile and give Vlade his credit for being such a smart player. If he tried to pull it like late in the 4th quarter with the game on the line, I probably wouldn't be able to decide whether to laugh it off or be upset. It's going to be tough for Kings fans to watch Vlade play, but I think it'll be interesting too.

Let's just bear in mind who drafted Vlade to begin with.

Oh I know. That's the one thing that helped me cope with all of this... "Well he's been there before."
